I made galaxy chocolate cookies that resemble stars in the twinkling night sky~^^ I decorated them with crystal sugar, and I think it looks pretty with or without decorations! You can make sweet chocolate cookies sparkling and pretty!

Ingredients

- 60g Butter
- 40g Sugar powder
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/4ts Vanilla extract
- 60g Cake flour
- 20g Almond Powder
- 20g Cocoa powder
Glaze
- 195g Sugar powder
- 2Ts+1/2Ts Milk
- 1Ts+1/2ts Corn syrup
- 1/4ts Vanilla extract
- Food coloring (pink, blue, purple)
Instructions
- After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt in 2 portions and mix.
- Add the yolk + vanilla extract, mix, sift the powder, mix lightly, spread thinly, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut with a star-shaped cutter, place on an oven pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Put sugar powder + milk + oligosaccharide + vanilla extract in a bowl and mix, add food coloring to make marbles with a toothpick, put a pattern on the front of the cookie and let it dry.

Eggs and butter at room temperature for at least 1 hour
