I made fresh orange muffins~ I made orange muffins for the first time. The muffin smells like oranges, which is nice. The oranges on top for decoration while baking is not hard. The shape is a bit disappointing because the dough comes out in the middle, but, haha Oranges have thin, hard skins.

It tastes even better with milk!

*Butter and eggs at room temperature for at least 1 hour * Prepare the orange by wiping it clean with baking soda. *This recipe is not too sweet! If you like sweets, add more sugar.

Ingredients

  • Soft flour 150g
  • 40g Butter
  • 15g white sugar
  • 45g brown sugar
  • 1/2ts Baking powder
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g Orange juice
  • Orange zest 10g Orange zest
  • Milk 75ml Milk
  • Decorative orange slices
  • syrup

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add brown + white sugar and stir until it turns white.

  1. Divide the beaten eggs into 2-3 batches and mix well so that they do not separate.
  2. Sift the soft flour + baking powder + salt and mix.
  3. Add orange juice to the milk and mix, then add it to the dough and mix.
  4. Lastly, add orange zest and mix to finish.
  5. Fill the muffin tin with 2/3 of the batter and put the orange slices on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 180-degree preheated oven
