Ingredients

  • 60g Grated Carrot
  • 30g almond or walnut
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 35ml Olive oil
  • 75g Cake flour
  • 1/2ts Baking powder
  • 1ts Cinnamon powder
  • 150g Cream cheese
  • 2Ts Sugar
  • 75ml Fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Grind carrots on a grater and drain the water.
  2. Finely chop almonds (walnuts).
  3. Put eggs in a bowl and beat, then add sugar 2-3 times and mix.
  4. Add olive oil and mix, then sieve soft flour + baking powder + cinnamon powder and mix, then add carrots and almonds (walnuts) and mix.
  5. Pan in an oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Soften the cream cheese, add sugar and mix, then add whipped cream and whip.
  7. After taking the sheet according to the size of the container, put it in the container and put cream → sheet → cream → sheet → cream.
