Basque Burnt Cheesecake Recipe

by Cooking Tree

Cooking Tree will show you how to make a homemade version of this delectable recipe for Basque Burnt Cheesecake.

I made a Basque cheesecake with a better flavor by baking it at a high temperature~
I think it’s a really simple cheesecake that can be made just by mixing all the ingredients and baking it~

It is baked at a high temperature, and it has a rich and sweet flavor like roasted sweet potato.
The outside is a bit crunchy, and the middle part is very moist.

Last time I baked it in a larger amount and it was thick, but this time I reduced the amount and baked it thinly, so the flavor is much deeper.

You can put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, or if you cool it completely at room temperature, you can enjoy it soft and moist.

Enjoy watching~~♬~
