Cooking Tree is serving you a delectable recipe for Red Velvet Cupcake, and weโll show you how to prepare it from scratch.
I made a red velvet cupcake with plenty of creams on top of a thick and moist cake~
It is not a fluffy cake, but rather a moist and heavy cake, so it goes well with cream cheese cream.
Due to the nature of the red velvet cake, it is necessary to add a lot of food coloring for the color to come out strongly.
Itโs a cream made by mixing butter and cream cheese, so I think itโs good to give it a shape.
If the cream is too soft, you can harden it in the refrigerator and use it to make a more beautiful shape.
I sprinkled a little bit of crystal sugar on top of the cream, and when I eat the cake, it has a good chewy texture~
I think the cake itself tastes even better if you chill it in the refrigerator.
