Ingredients

  • Buckwheat Soba Soba Sauce
  • buckwheat noodle
  • radish
  • green spring onion
  • radish sprouts
  • dried laver
  • wasabi

Instructions

  1. When the water boils, add buckwheat noodles and boil.
  2. ​Grind radish on a grater, and cut green onions and seaweed with scissors.
  3. Place the noodles in a bowl and pour in the pre-frozen broth.
  4. Add radish, seaweed, radish sprouts, green onion, and wasabi.

Notes

  1. When it boils, add cold water to make the noodles chewy.
  2. When cooked, rinse with cold water.
