Ingredients

Cookie dough

  • 55g soft flour
  • Almond Flour 20g
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 80 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg

Glaze

  • 30g sugar powder
  • 4 g milk
  • Vanilla Extract (or Essence)

Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter and sugar in a bowl at room temperature and whip until the sugar is somewhat dissolved. Add the eggs and mix quickly so that they do not separate.
  2. Sift in the soft flour, almond powder, and cocoa powder, mix well until the raw flour is no longer visible, and put it in a piping bag.
  3. After kneading the dough in the shape of a teddy bear, flatten the surface.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Make a glaze by mixing sugar powder and milk
  6. Divide in half and add black food coloring to one side.
  7. Use a zipper bag or parchment paper to make a mini pastry bag and fill it with glaze in two colors.
  8. Let the baked cookies cool.
  9. Draw eyes, nose, and mouth on the cookie. Use a toothpick or a pointed tool to clean the nose and mouth. Paint it with black glaze.
