Cooking Tree will show you how to make a homemade version of this delectable recipe for No-Bake Lemon tart.

I made a no-oven lemon tart decorated with a meringue on top of fresh lemon curd cream and scorched it with a torch~
I made a cream with the lemon juice I just squeezed and used, so it’s fresh and refreshing.

I used butter biscuit for the sheet, but I think it tastes much better and goes well with Daize Cookies~

I sprinkled a little sugar on top of the soft cream that had been sieved and heated it with a torch.
The color is pretty and looks great~ I think it’s a dessert that you can easily make and enjoy~^^

Ingredients

50g Butter biscuit
25g Melted unsalted butter
75g Water
60g Lemon juice
50g Sugar
18g Corn starch
17g Unsalted butter
Lemon zest (About a third)
1 Egg yolk

Meringue:

1/2 egg white
20g sugar
1/8ts vanilla extract

Instructions

Crush butter biscuits and mix with melted butter.
Press firmly on the mold to shape it and put it in the refrigerator.
Prepare lemon zest and lemon juice.
Put water, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix.
Put it on low heat and heat it until it thickens, then remove it from the heat.
Add unsalted butter and lemon zest and mix, then add the egg yolk and mix.
Sift through a sieve, pour into a mold, sprinkle with sugar, and then burn with a torch and harden in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Put the meringue on top and heat with a torch to decorate.
