I made a simple no-oven cheesecake using cherry jam.
It is an easy and simple cheesecake made neatly without a sheet.
If you tightly wrap the underside of the mousse frame with cling film and harden it, it will not leak.
I added yogurt to add freshness, and it goes well with a layer of jelly made of cherry jam and oligo cherries on top.
If you eat the white layer alone, you can enjoy a clean taste, and if you eat it with fruits, you can feel a different taste.
I used cherries, but I think it can be made in a variety of ways by using other fruit jams to make a jelly layer and adding fruits~
If you want to use fruit juice instead of jam, you can use 3g of gelatin for 90g of juice.
Sugar content varies from juice to juice, so you can add sugar depending on the juice you are using.
