In Cooking Tree, Totoro Spam (Musubi Totoro lunch box) is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made spam musubi that can be made with simple ingredients~ It’s not fun to just make it, so I made it in the shape of Totoro!^^ I love the harmony of crispy fried delicious spam + rice seasoned with sweet soy sauce + soft egg jidan.

You can omit the scrambled eggs, but adding them makes it even more delicious! If you don’t have a mold to shape the cheese, you can cut it carefully with scissors.

When decorating, I think it is more convenient and better to use tweezers rather than hands. The real key to this dish is like deep-fried spam. What is spam,,,, haha The ingredients are simple, so make sure to try it!
