I made chocolate chip cookies that can be easily made without an oven!
After kneading the cookie dough, shape it right away, and bake it in the microwave for about 2 minutes, it really looks like an oven-baked cookie!

I divided the dough into 3 and baked it for about 2 minutes, and a moist cookie came out.
If you bake it for less time, it will feel softer, and if you bake it a little longer, it will become crispy.

Cookies can become soft and crumbly before they are taken out of the microwave and cooled, so I think you need to cool them sufficiently before moving them~

Instructions

Soften unsalted butter, add brown sugar and salt, mix, then add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
Sift the soft flour and baking powder and mix to form a lump, then add chocolate chips and mix.
Make a round dough, put it on a microwaveable bowl, run it for 2 minutes, and then cool it for about 20 minutes.
