I made pretzels at home ^^ It’s also very easy to make, so I’m making it and eating it often these days. This is just a basic pretzel recipe. I think it would be delicious even if I applied this to make it~ (or add cheese,) This quantity is for 4 pretzels ^^ Salt, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and eat it, it’s really great bb!!

Cinnamon Sugar pretzels

Ingredients

  • 100g strong flour
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 50 ml of warm water
  • 2 g salt
  • 5 g sugar
  • 2 g dry yeast
  • + Butter, sugar, cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Add strong flour, salt, sugar, and yeast, and mix
  2. Add water and olive oil and knead until the surface is smooth.
  3. Put warm water in another bowl, put a bowl with dough on it, and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
  4. When the first fermentation is complete, press firmly to release the gas, divide into 4 equal parts, and ferment in the middle for 15 minutes.
  5. After stretching the dough, make it into a pretzel shape.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Brush the surface with butter and sprinkle with salt and cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  1. Cover with paper foil! & Pour warm water one more time in the middle!
  2. Cover with cling film and let it ferment!
  3. Please press down to release the gas.
  4. While baking, make cinnamon sugar to your liking.
