Homemade Churros Recipe

by Cooking Tree

Homemade Churros are on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

Crispy fried, savory, and sweet homemade churros.
I made the dough into two shapes, round and elongated.

Round-shaped churros are about 15cm in size, squeezed on parchment paper, and then frozen in the freezer for about an hour and then deep-fried.

It swells as it is fried, so I think it would be good to pan with a small gap when kneading the dough.
The elongated shape is squeezed out and fried, but I think it is more appetizing because it is fried in a natural shape~
I came out with about 15 elongated ones and 3 round ones~

After frying, drain the oil on a cooling rack and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Mix chocolate and whipped cream in a 1:1 ratio and melt it and eat it with dipping.

Have fun watching it~♬
