This is my first upload in 2 months~^^;; I saw it on What to Eat before and ate it the next day. I was surprised at how delicious it was! It’s an egg roll with vermicelli. A more advanced version of Kim Mali?? I feel it ^^

vermicelli Egg roll (Korean Egg rolls)

Ingredients

  • noodle
  • 5-6 eggs
  • Soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 sheet of laver
  • Green Onion

Instructions

  1. After cracking the egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper and finely chopped green onion and mix well.
  2. Prepare the vermicelli by seasoning it with soy sauce, salt, and pepper after boiling.
  3. ​Put cooking oil in a pan, pour in 2/4 of egg water, collect a sheet of seaweed and vermicelli, put it on top, and roll it up as soon as it is slightly cooked.
  4. Divide the remaining egg water into 2 portions and roll up the egg rolls.
    When rolling eggs, roll them when they are slightly cooked to dry them better.
