Ingredients

100g Butter
90g Sugar Powder
1g salt
1/2 Egg
Vanilla extract
Soft flour 155g
20g Cocoa powder
Almond powder 25g
Chocolate chips
Chocolate pen
Marshmallow
Crushed cookies

Instructions

After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt and mix until the color turns white.
Add eggs and mix quickly so that they do not separate, add vanilla extract and mix.
Sift soft flour + almond powder + cocoa powder, mix so that no raw powder is visible, put in a zipper bag, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Spread it out thinly, cut it with a cookie cutter, put it on the top of the upside down silicone mold, stick it well, and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then press down the top with a spoon to make it flat.
Put chocolate chips + marshmallows on a cookie cup and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 3-4 minutes to make the top golden.
Decorate with chocolate pen and crushed cookies.
