Ingredients

  • 100g Almond Powder
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 1/2ts+1/4ts Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 60g melted butter
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  • Tangerine or orange
  • Apple mint
  • Maple syrup
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Put almond powder + salt + sugar + baking powder in a bowl and mix, then add egg + melted butter + vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Pan in an oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Garnish with sliced tangerine, apple mint, maple syrup and powdered sugar.

Notes

  • Eggs at room temperature for at least 1 hour

  • 15cm round frame No. 1
