I made minion chocolate banana cupcakes haha Baking is a beginner (?), so I’m still a bit immature~ I made this using the lady finger cookies I made last time ^^ How do I make buttercream delicious?

Than the one made by whipping with sugar powder and butter I made this because I thought it would be tastier to make. That’s right.. lol Is it because I don’t usually like creams like this? I’ll have to research something that doesn’t feel greasy and that’s delicious.

So, I recommend whipping whipped cream and eating it. I think it’s easier and tastes better than buttercream. Cupcakes are more delicious with minions’ favorite bananas added~ bb! (For the recipe for cupcakes, I refer to “Sweet Sweets”! No Butter!!) Ah! Also, the video of putting cream on muffins is missing in the video; I’m sorry~ What else would you like to make? Ingredients

Chocolate Banana Cupcakes

1 banana
50g soft flour
15g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
25ml milk
35 g sugar
vanilla extract
salt

Buttercream

2 egg yolks
30 g milk
10 g sugar
60 g butter
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
Food coloring (blue)

Minion

Lady Finger Cookie

Food coloring (black)

Instructions

Chocolate Banana Cupcakes

Mash a banana
In a bowl, put 1 egg, and 35g of sugar, mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, then add the crushed banana
Add 25ml of milk, and mix
Add 50g flour, 15g cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and salt (don't forget to sift) and mix.
Add vanilla essence and mix until smooth.
Fill paper cupcake cases with the mixture.
Bake in a 180°c oven for 13 to 15 minutes
Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool
