Valentine’s Day #1 Today is Valentine’s Day, which is coming soon. I made a heart brownie cake~ Specially made with white chocolate and strawberry powder Ganache with brownies and dark chocolate!!
The combination of the two is bb! I sprinkled powdered sugar on the finished cake. I think it would look pretty even with strawberry powder or baeknyeoncho powder ^^
* Leave eggs at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
*Please transfer the finished ganache to a bowl and cool it before use.
*The subtitles say that the baking time is 180 degrees 12-15 minutes. 180 degrees 20-25 minutes
