I made a fragrant apple pie wrapped in apples~ Apples are really delicious these days, right? Filled with delicious apples, it has a crunchy texture and tastes so good~~

Ingredients

Tart sheet
2-3 Apple
50g Sugar
1/2ts Cinnamon powder
1Ts Lemon juice
Egg wash

Instructions

After slicing the apples, put apples + lemon juice + sugar in a pot and boil over medium heat until the apples become transparent.
Lastly, add cinnamon powder and boil until water is gone.
Place the boiled apple on the tart sheet with a fork and flatten it.
Cut the remaining dough lengthwise and place it crosswise.
Cut the dough with an apple-shaped cutter and return it to the rim.
Brush with egg water and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
