I made a very simple mushroom soup without cream. I was really surprised because it was so delicious. Originally, I like oyster mushrooms, so it was really delicious! Butter is the point!

Ingredients
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 10 mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms and onions
- Add butter and saute mushrooms and onions
tip: Please stir-fry it! - Add milk and flour, mix well and bring to a boil.
tip: Please season with salt and pepper
