Ingredients

  • 75g Water
  • 10g brown sugar
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 38g Butter
  • 48g plain flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • Melted butter
  • sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put water+sugar+salt+butter in a pot and boil it over medium heat until the butter is completely melted, then remove from the heat.
  2. Add the flour and mix, then put it on low heat again and heat it until a white film forms on the bottom of the pot. Remove from the heat and cool it lightly.
  3. Add egg + vanilla extract, mix, put in a piping bag, pan in an oven pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 17 minutes.
  4. Apply melted butter and coat with cinnamon powder + sugar mixture. Serve with melted chocolate.

Notes

Eggs at room temperature for at least 1 hour
