Basic scone Recipe (fresh cream scone)

Published: Updated:

In Cooking Tree, Basic scones (fresh cream scones) are on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make them from scratch.

I made fresh cream scones sold at the bakery “Shiokona”! It is a scone that became more famous as the recipe was published through a book. Butter is not added, but whipped cream is added. Also, mainly scones are made with wheat flour, but this one uses strong flour and the dough takes a long time to ripen.

The buttery flavor is alive and the texture is soft and moist without being dry! It tastes really good with jam and milk!! It takes really little time to make, except for the dough ripening time.

Simple and delicious whipped cream scone! Try making it! Have fun watching it~♬
