Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4Ts Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • 3Ts Sugar
  • 2Ts Water
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, add milk + sugar + vanilla extract, mix, and sift through a sieve.
  2. Put water and sugar in a pot and boil it without stirring until it turns brown. Remove from heat and pour into a container with butter.
  3. Pour the sifted egg water into a container and cover it with foil.
  4. Lay a thick kitchen towel in the pot, put a container in it, add your own water, cover, and steam for 20 minutes over low heat.
