Ingredients

80g Crushed whole wheat cookie
40g Melted butter
240g Fresh cream
7g Corn starch
a pinch of Salt
115g Nutella
1/2ts Vanilla extract
Peanut crunch
Chocolate crunch

Instructions

Put crushed whole wheat cookies and melted butter in a bowl, mix, put in a tart mold, flatten, and harden in the freezer.
Put fresh cream and cornstarch in a saucepan, mix, add salt and Nutella, and boil while stirring until thickened.
Add vanilla extract, mix, and cool slightly.
Put it in the tart mold, flatten it, and harden it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Garnish with peanut crunch and chocolate crunch.
