Eggslut is a menu sold at a store called “Eggslut” in LA. It is delicious to cook the yolk according to your taste and spread it on a baked baguette with the potato underneath.

Ingredients

2 Boiled potatoes
10g Butter
20g Milk
Roasted bacon
Salt & pepper
Shredded cheese
2 Egg
Dry parsley

Instructions

Put boiled potatoes in a bowl and mashed them, then add butter and mix.
Add milk, roasted bacon, salt and pepper and mix.
Put (2) in a cup and sprinkle shredded cheese on it.
Put one egg on top of the cheese, cover it with cooking foil, put it in a pot of water, and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle roasted bacon and dry parsley to finish.
