I made really moist milk toast with full milk~
It’s delicious even if you bake it with just butter and sugar, but with milk added, it’s savory and soft, so it’s good to eat.
I made it using convenience bread that is moist enough to eat as it is, but I think the amount of milk absorbed may vary depending on the bread.

Ingredients
- 25g Unsalted butter
- 2 slices of Bread
- 5g Sugar
- 130~150g Milk
Instructions
- Butter the slices of bread and sprinkle with sugar on one side.
- Fold over the buttered side and butter the top as well.
- Place the bread, buttered side down, in the heated skillet.
- Brush the tops with butter.
- Pour in 2/3 of the reserved milk and let it soak in.
- When the bottom is toasted, carefully flip it over and pour the remaining milk over the top.
- When well baked, remove to a plate.
- It tastes even better with maple syrup or condensed milk.
