I made a more moist and soft chocolate terrine without adding powder~
Last time I made cheese terrine and it was delicious, so I made a sweet terrine with chocolate this time, and it is really full of chocolate taste~~
It has a slightly firmer and thicker feel than cheese terrine.
You can finish it off with just cocoa powder, but I decorated it a little with ganache to give it a little more style~
When cutting terrine, warm a knife in hot water to remove the water and cut it a lot better.
I used half and half dark and half milk chocolate, but you can use only one type of chocolate to suit your taste~^^
