This is a hot dog made with egg and cabbage instead of bread~.
It can be eaten as a snack, but I think it would be good as a side dish for rice.

It doesn’t have any special ingredients, but it tastes really good.
You can also make it in a regular frying pan in circles.

Ingredients

Cabbage
Carrot
Chives
Egg
Salt, Pepper
Sausage
Mozzarella cheese
Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Parsley

Instructions

Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots.
Chop the scallions into small pieces and add the beaten egg.
Add a little salt and pepper and mix evenly.
Slit the sausages and cook them in a skillet.
Cook the sausages in a circle in the skillet, back and forth, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
Top with the toasted parchment paper and fold in half, pressing lightly to adhere.
