I made a milk tea flan cake topped with tapioca pearls~
The pudding made with earl gray powder in warm milk and the chiffon cake baked with earl gray powder added to the dough give the milk tea a good taste.
I baked it in a Gugelhof mold, and I think the shape is unique and pretty~^^
I added a lot of tapioca pearls I made last time, and it felt rich and it was nice to be able to eat chewy pearls with it~
The caramel melts and drips to make it moist, so you can eat it softly.
