Today I made a very very simple mug cake~ No-oven again! so very good 1 minute 40 seconds in the microwave It is even more delicious if you eat it with sliced bananas~ And I really recommend eating it with maple syrup!!

Not necessarily maple syrup, but agave syrup I think just sugar syrup would be ok ^^ I made it by mixing it in a bowl, You can make it more simply by putting it in a cup and mixing it right away.

Ingredients

  • 20 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 4 tablespoons mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 tbsp soft flour
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30-50 seconds. Mix eggs and sugar.
  2. Add milk + mashed banana soft flour + baking powder + melted butter in this order and mix.
  3. ​Add chocolate chips and mix, fill the cup with only 2/3 of the dough, and bake in a microwave (800W) for 1 minute and 40 seconds.
