Ingredients

  • 75g soft flour
  • 30g almond powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 25g sugar powder
  • 1/4 ts vanilla extract
  • strawberry jam
  • sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Put butter and sugar softened at room temperature in a bowl to make it creamy, then add vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Sift the soft flour and almond powder and mix to form a lump.
  3. Wrap it in a sanitary bag or wrap and mix it by hand, then spread it out well.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Sprinkle a little extra flour on the dough and spread it out thinly with a rolling pin.
  6. ​Bottom Cookie - Round Cookie Cutter Top Cookie - Round Cookie Cutter & Star Cookie Cutter​
  7. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10-12 minutes, then cool on a cooling rack.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top cookie.
  9. Spread strawberry jam on the bottom cookie.
  10. ​If you combine it with the top cookie, you can complete a sparkling and pretty clincher cookie!
