Ratatouille, the representative dish of Provence, France I made a simple version~ Originally, ratatouille was made with vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, and tomato.

It is a vegetable stew made with herbs and olive oil. I made the shape from the movie “Ratatouille”~ If you use commercially available tomato sauce, there is really nothing to cook!! It is delicious even if you make it by adding pizza cheese or salami~

Ingredients

sauce

  • tomato sauce
  • Chopped paprika
  • Chopped onion
  • tomato
  • eggplant eggplant
  • zucchini zucchini
  • salt
  • parsley parsley
  • basil
  • oregano
  • olive oil olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan with olive oil, add chopped onion and paprika and fry,
    Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
  2. Thinly slice eggplant, zucchini pumpkin and tomato.
  3. Pour the sauce flat into an oven-safe bowl,
    Lay the thinly sliced vegetables one at a time, one at a time, and fill them around the edge of the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, parsley, basil and oregano and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
