In Cooking Tree, radish rice & radish greens (Korean food) is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make them from scratch.

Last week, I made radish and radish sprouts from Home Cooked Teacher Baek. I usually eat radish greens often, but in our house, we put onions in it.

I make it and eat it~~ So I made it with an additional onion ^^ For radish rice, you don’t really need to put anything else in it, you just need to add radish and shiitake mushrooms.

*When using dried shiitake mushrooms, be sure to soak them in water before use.
