Ingredients

  • Aarong Sashimi (Beef)
  • carrot
  • radish
  • Green Onion
  • apologize

seasoning

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/3 cup of sake
  • 1/2 teaspoon lotus leaf powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • rice water

Instructions

  1. Soak the aarong avalanche in water to drain the blood, and then cut it.
  2. Chop carrots, radishes, green onions, apples, and cheongyang peppers appropriately.
  3. Mix the seasoning ingredients well.
  4. ​​​​​​​​​Put the radish on the floor, put the meat on it and pour the rice water over it.
  5. Add seasoning and add chopped vegetables.
    Pour the rice water until the meat is half-submerged!
    Add half of the green onion, and add the remaining half at the end.
  6. Cover with a lid and simmer for at least 40 minutes.
    Stir with a wooden spoon in the middle to avoid sticking to the bottom.
    Please put in the green onion left at the end!​
  7. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Spicy and sweet sashimi steamed rice is ready!
  9. It has been boiled for a long time, so it is definitely soft and the seasoning is well-seasoned.
  10. It's good for guests and seems to be perfect for holidays too.
