Peach panna cotta

Ingredients

  • 100ml milk
  • 100ml fresh cream
  • zodiacal canned food
  • 35 g sugar
  • 4g plate gelatin (2 sheets)
  • apple mint

Instructions

  1. Top with hardened panna cotta, top with yellow peach, syrup, and apple mint to finish.
  2. Add milk, cream and sugar and boil over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Squeeze out the water from the soaked gelatin, put it in a pot and stir until it dissolves.
  4. Put the pot in ice water and let it cool
  5. Pour into a cup or bowl and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Make syrup by boiling yellow grapefruit broth in medicine, and cut yellow grapefruit into easy-to-eat pieces.
