Ingredients

  • 98g plain flour
  • Soft flour 60g
  • 23g Cocoa powder
  • 1 g baking soda
  • Baking powder 4g
  • 75g Butter
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 75g Egg
  • Nuts
  • Melted chocolate (Dark and white)

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts.
  2. Put butter+sugar+salt in a bowl and mix until light ivory color.
  3. Divide the beaten eggs into steps 5-7 and mix until it becomes like mayonnaise.
  4. Sift the powders and mix to form a smooth dough without lumps.
  5. Add the nuts and mix them, then pan them in an elongated oven pan to shape them while mincing them.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then cool and slice.
  7. Lay down the biscotti so that the cross-section is visible, and bake for about 20-30 minutes in an oven at 170 degrees.
  8. Decorate with half of the melted coating chocolate.
