I made panna cotta, an Italian pudding, in the shape of a cute rabbit! The pink layer is full of strawberry flavor and the white layer is milky flavor.

Ingredients
- (2ea)
- 1ts+1/2ts (6.5g) Gelatin powder
- 180ml Milk
- 180ml Fresh cream
- 30g Sugar
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- 20ml Strawberry puree
- Whipped cream
- Choco pen (dark, pink, white)
- Candy, jelly
Instructions
- Add gelatin to cold water and soak for 15 minutes.
- Put milk, cream, and sugar in a pot and heat until the edges boil, then remove from heat.
- Add soaked gelatin and vanilla extract and mix.
- Put 60ml in another bowl, add strawberry puree and mix.
- Put the pink liquid in a cup and harden it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Add the white liquid and harden in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate pen, candy and jelly.
