In Cooking Tree, Rose Apple Pie (Apple Tart) is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made a very pretty apple pie in the shape of a flower~ It’s really, really, really, really delicious!! hehe The shape is pretty, so it’s a good gift too. I think it would be good to give it to guests when they come to play!

* When making the last rose shape Knead the dough as thin as possible. It’s ripe to the core~^^

Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time: Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

Puff pastry

  • 140g soft flour
  • 100 g cold butter
  • 50ml cold water
  • 6g white sugar
  • 4 g salt

Peeling

  • 1 apple
  • 35 g sugar
  • 100ml water
  • Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft flour and cold butter until the butter is mixed with the flour until it becomes small,
  2. Mix water, salt, and sugar well and pour it into one lump.
  3. Cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Put the thinly sliced apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon powder in a pan and boil until the water is gone.
  5. Sprinkle extra powder on the dough and spread it out, then fold it by 1/3 on both sides, then fold it by 1/3 once more in the folded state, and repeat the process of opening it wide again twice.
  6. Divide the thinly spread dough into 4-6 equal long rectangles.
At this time, you need to spread the dough as thin as possible so that it cooks well on the inside.
  7. Put the boiled apples on top of the dough cut into rectangles and place them long. Fold the dough in half and roll it up.
  8. Bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
