In Cooking Tree, Steamed chicken is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I have chicken in the refrigerator, so I searched for what to make and made Andong Jjimdak from “What should I eat today?”

I made a video with a new editing method under the title of “A Day Diary”~
I tried my best to be able to watch it comfortably in the form of an episode, but it’s my first time, so I guess it’s not enough ^^

I have chicken in the refrigerator, so I searched for what to make and made Andong Jjimdak from “What should I eat today?”

The taste is good compared to the simple seasoning~

I will be eating steamed chicken at home in the future~~hehe

Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time: Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

  • one chicken
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup starch syrup
  • (based on paper cups)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tbsp black coffee
  • 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
  • About 20 peperoncino (originally 5 dried cheongyang peppers)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 potatoes
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 150g vermicelli

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces with scissors and remove the oily part.
┗Tip. If you cut the chicken breast, thigh meat, wings, etc. once more, the seasoning will penetrate better!
  2. Put the trimmed chicken in a pot and boil with enough water, soy sauce, sugar, and coffee to submerge the chicken.
┗Tip. Coffee catches the smell of chicken and gives color at the same time!
  3. Trim the potatoes, carrots, onions, and cheongyang dried red peppers so that they are easy to eat, and cut the green onions into long slices.
  4. When the broth boils, remove the foam and add chopped potatoes, carrots, onions, cheongyang dried red peppers, starch syrup,
Add pepper and boil for another 15 minutes. ☆ Cool for 20 minutes.
✔ One serving: The remaining heat while cooling the steamed chicken makes the meat seasoned with a soft texture!
┗Tip. Sugar adds sweetness to steamed chicken, and starch syrup adds shine!
  5. Add minced garlic, green onion and soaked vermicelli and boil for 5 minutes to finish.
