I made a savory tart with fresh and pretty colored figs! On the tart sheet, I added a savory taste with almond cream and softness with cream cheese cream~

The color of figs is pretty and I think it stimulates the appetite even more~^^

I put vanilla bean paste in almond cream and it tastes so good~*^^*

I think it’s a pretty tart that catches the eye with just figs~

Ingredients

Almond Cream

  • 60g Butter
  • 50g Sugar powder
  • 1/4ts Vanilla bean paste (or Vanilla extract)
  • 1 Egg
  • 60g Almond Powder
  • 10g Cake flour

Cream cheese cream

  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 15g Sugar
  • 50g Whipped cream
  • 3 Figs

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently, add sugar powder and mix, add vanilla bean paste and mix.
  2. Add eggs and mix, then sift almond powder and soft flour and mix.
  3. Squeeze almond cream on the tart sheet put in the oven pan, flatten it, and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25~30 minutes.
  4. After softening the cream cheese, add sugar and mix. Add whipped cream and mix to make cream cheese cream.
  5. Cut the figs.
  6. Apply cream on top of the completely cooled tart, then put figs and cream on top.
