Chocolate sheet 1. Put eggs in a bowl and whip until large bubbles are formed. Add sugar 2-3 times and whip it. (When the dough is lifted, it falls back and overlaps in a ribbon shape is ok) 2. Sift the soft flour + baking powder + cocoa powder and mix lightly and quickly. 3. Pour the melted butter + vanilla extract through a spatula, add it to the dough and mix quickly. 4. Coffee syrup 1. Put water + sugar + instant coffee in a pot and boil it until the coffee is dissolved, then cool it sufficiently.
