Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Chocolate Cheesecake is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a moist chocolate cheesecake with dark chocolate and milk! Fluffy, soft, and sweet, it melts in your mouth! It has a much more moist texture than Genuise.

Instead of adding cocoa powder, I added real chocolate and it was even more delicious.

It tastes like it will make you feel better when you eat it with coffee or milk~^^

Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 70g Dark chocolate
  • 20g Sugar
  • 30g Butter
  • 50g Milk
  • 3 Egg white
  • 35g Sugar
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 35g Cake flour
  • 10g Corn starch

Instructions

  1. Put cream cheese, chocolate, sugar (20g), and butter in a bowl, put it on a pot of hot water, melt it completely, and remove it from the pot.
  2. Add milk and mix.
  3. Whip the egg whites and when large bubbles appear, divide the sugar into 2 portions and whip to make a meringue.
    Divide the egg yolks and mix, then add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Sift the soft flour and cornstarch and mix, then add (2) and mix.
  5. Pan in an oven pan, slam on the floor 2-3 times to remove air bubbles, place on an oven pan filled with hot water and bake in an oven preheated to 140 degrees for 80 minutes.
