– 1 Apple (about 250g) – 20g Sugar – 30ml Lemon juice – 1/4ts Cinnamon powder – 225g Unsalted butter – 100g Brown sugar – 70g sugar – a pinch of Salt – 4 Eggs – 3g Vanilla extract – 250g Cake flour – 7g Baking powder – 100g Whipping cream – 10g Sugar – 200g Cream cheese – 20g Maple syrup

Decorating: – Strawberry – Cherry – Blueberry

INGREDIENTS

1. Put the diced apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder in a pot and boil it. 2. Soften unsalted butter, add brown sugar, sugar, and salt and mix. Divide the eggs and mix. Add vanilla extract and mix. 3. Sift the soft flour and baking powder and mix, then add the boiled apples and mix. 4. Divide the dough into 3 and bake for 25 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees (preheated for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees) to make 3 sheets, turn over and press lightly to flatten and cool. 5. Whip the whipped cream, then add cream cheese and maple syrup and whip it to make cream. 6. Apply cream on the sheet, repeat and decorate with fruit.
