INGREDIENTS

Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a medium bath.

Add brown sugar to the egg, whip it to give a rich foam, add the chocolate mixture, and mix.

Sieve the gravity powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mix and pan in an oven pan. Bake and cool for 9-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Make green tea brownie cookie dough, in the same way, pan in an oven pan, bake for 11-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees, and cool.
