I made brownie cookies that are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I baked it in two versions, the chocolate version and the green tea version, but I could feel different flavors and textures ~
– 100g Dark chocolate – 40g Unsalted butter – 1 Egg – 60g Brown sugar – 40g all-purpose flour – 5g Cocoa powder – 1g Baking powder
– 80g White chocolate – 30g Unsalted butter – 1 Egg – 2g Vanilla extract – 60g Brown sugar – 35g all-purpose flour – 10g Green tea powder – 1g Baking powder
