INGREDIENTS

1. Put egg white in a bowl and when a large bubble rises, add sugar in 3~4 times and whip it to make a hard meringue. 2. Add cornstarch and mix, then add lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix. 3. Put the meringue on the pan, shape it, and bake it in an oven preheated to 100 degrees for 80~90 minutes. 4.
