This is a tortilla pizza with cabbage and tofu.
I cut the tortilla in half, rolled it into a cone shape, and baked it~.
After baking it in a circle, it turned out to be a large pizza.
I added healthy ingredients like tofu, cabbage, onions, bell peppers, and carrots.
I think it would be a great snack for kids.

Tofu Cabbage Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- 160g Cabbage
- 50g Carrot
- 80g Green pepper
- 135g Onion
- 300g Tofu
- Olive oil
- Salt, Pepper
- 15g Oyster sauce
- 30g Ketchup
- 10g Garlic powder
- 6 Tortillas (20cm)
- Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- chop and prepare the vegetables, mash the tofu and drain on a kitchen towel.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the tofu, salt, and pepper, and sauté until the tofu is fluffy.
- Remove the tofu to a bowl and sauté the vegetables in a skillet with olive oil.
- When they're done, add the sautéed tofu, oyster sauce, ketchup, and dry garlic powder and sauté a little longer.
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cut it open.
- Place the sautéed vegetables on one side of the tortilla and roll it up with a bit of mozzarella cheese.
- Place in a circle on a plate or oven pan and sprinkle with mozzarella and shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 200 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
