Pretty whole strawberries! I made a lovely hidden pink strawberry Mont Blanc tart~
I found a really pretty strawberry and as soon as I saw it, I thought it would be nice to make a Mont Blanc with it~^^
The sweet almond cream and the sweet and delicious strawberry whipped cream go so well together, it’s really delicious! For strawberry whipped cream, I whipped about 50% of the whipped cream, then put strawberry jam with seeds removed through a sieve and whipped about 90%.
Decorate the top with white cream using cherry blossom pods and use small star pods on the side.

Ingredients
- 24g Unsalted butter
- 20g Powdered sugar
- 1/8ts Vanilla extract
- 24g Egg
- 24g Almond powder
- 4g Cake flour
- Tart sheet dough (I used 1/4 quantity of tart sheet dough)
Whipped cream:
- 50g whipping cream
- 5g sugar
Whipped strawberry cream:
- 120g whipping cream
- 40g strawberry jam
Instructions
- Soften the butter, add sugar powder and vanilla extract, mix, then add the egg and mix.
- Sift the almond powder and soft flour, mix, put the dough on the tart sheet, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, and cool.
- Apply a little whipped cream on the cooled tart, put strawberries on top, cover the strawberries with cream, whip about 50%, then add strawberry jam and squeeze the whipped cream using a Mont Blanc tip.
- Squeeze the cream using a cherry blossom tip on top, sprinkle sprinkles on top, and sprinkle with white whipped cream and sugar powder to finish.
