Strawberry green tea (Matcha) crepe cake
Ingredients
- 4 Egg
- 185g Cake flour
- 15g Green tea powder
- 50g Sugar
- 2g Salt
- 70g Melted butter
- 500ml Milk
- cooking oil
- 500ml Whipped cream (+sugar 50g)
- Strawberry
- Green tea powder
Instructions
- Put eggs in a bowl and beat. Sift soft flour and green tea powder.
- Add sugar and salt and mix, then add melted butter and mix.
- Divide the milk into 3 parts, mix, and sift through a sieve.
- Leave at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Grease a pan heated over low heat, add about Korean characters of the dough, turn the pan to spread it thinly, and when bubbles rise, turn it over.
- Bake 16 sheets and cool them down.
- Apply a thin layer of whipped cream on one crepe and repeat 4 layers, then place strawberries on the fourth crepe and cover with cream. Repeat 2 times.
- Place the crepe on top of the last strawberry layer and apply a thin layer of fresh cream. Repeat 3 times and sprinkle green tea powder over the last crepe.
