Soft Egg Mayo Sandwich

In Cooking Tree, Egg Mayo Sandwich is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

This is a soft egg sandwich made by sifting the eggs through a sieve to make them very fine.
If you add a little bit of fresh cream, it will make it flavorful and moist~.

You’ll need to use a little bit of hand strength to get the eggs through the sieve, but other than that, it’s very simple.

I ate it very well because it was soft and fluffy.
